The pay-out will be released after completion of the transaction.
The brokerage will be paid on basic sale price only.
Channel partner will support the promoter to collect the dues from clients with respect to the initial payments or 40% (whichever is higher).
Channel partner shall not accept/receive any consideration from clients and shall not issue any letters or receipts to the customers on behalf of the company.
Clients brought by channel partner would be registered for a period of 3 months only from the date of filling the visit form at site/HO. However if the client shows up after that period, he would be considered as a fresh lead or walk in.
However, if the client re-approaches the promoter through a different channel partner after the stipulated time of 90 days, he will be considered as a registered client for the new channel partner.
Disclosures: For every communication material, the approval must be taken from the promoter and there should be no external or internal communication or commitment from the channel partner about the promoter in written or verbal form without approval from the promoter.
All the payments to the channel partners will be made in Indian currency. TDS as applicable will be deducted.
Channel Partner shall not use "LMLHOMES" brand name for personal benefit. may have privilege offers which the channel partner must not use to their advantage. Channel partner will prepare documentation of each discussion with the prospective customer.
Prior intimation of leads through the channel partner has to be in a documented form, either through E-mail only.
If "Real Estate Regulatory Act" (RERA) gets applicable, the channel partner must comply with it.

The Promoter reserves all the rights to terminate this agreement or change the above pay-out structure from time to time.
